Shipping to Australia
  • $10 Flat Fee
  • Free delivery for all orders over $120
  • Your parcel will be delivered within 3 - 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the day you have placed your order.
  • Delivery may take longer in remote or rural areas or during promotion and sale periods.
  • Expected delivery:
  • Key Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, Perth) 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

    Regional areas up to 10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Your order will be delivered by Australia Post.
  • You will receive an email once we have dispatched your order, it will contain the tracking number, so you can track your parcel straight to your door.
  • We offer free delivery for return orders, see our Returns Policy

 

Shipping to New Zealand
  • $15 Flat Fee
  • Your parcel will be delivered within 10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the day you have placed your order.
  • Delivery may take longer in remote or rural areas or during promotion and sale periods Your order will be delivered by Australia Post Express Courier International trackable service.
  • You will receive an email once we have dispatched your order, it will contain the tracking number, so you can track your parcel straight to your door.
  • We offer free delivery for return orders, see our Returns Policy
  • Orders which are equivalent to NZ$400 shipped to New Zealand may incur customs charges and duties charged by the NZ Customs Service once the parcel reaches its destination port and must be paid by the recipient directly to the NZ Customs Service or its authorized service provider.

 

 


 

AUSTRALIAN DELIVERY OPTIONS

At the checkout you have three delivery options:

1. Standard delivery

Your order will be delivered to your nominated address and a signature will be required (if you are not home a calling card will be left advising which post office to collect your parcel from). If you are not home your parcel will be left at your front door with no signature required (Noni B cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier)

3. Parcel Point

Enjoy no-fuss parcel pick up and returns with ParcelPoint, an affordable, trackable service that is available at hundreds of local stores. ParcelPoint services are open 7 days a week and are open late for your convenience. You can also make a return with ParcelPoint.

You will be notified via Email and/or text message (SMS) when your items are ready for collection, please make sure to bring photo ID when collecting your parcel.

EZIBUY PRODUCTS

  • Ezibuy products are subject to the same great Shipping and Delivery services as our other Noni B Online items, there are just a few details to note: 
  • Ezibuy products will be shipped separately from New Zealand. If you have purchased a mix of Ezibuy and Noni B items, you will receive 2 parcels (at not extra charge of course)
  • Ezibuy orders over $400AUD may incur customs charges and duties charged by the AU Customs Service once the parcel reaches its destination port and must be paid by the recipient directly to the AU Customs Service or its authorized service provider.
  • Your parcel will be delivered within 3 - 7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the day you have placed your order.
  • Delivery may take longer in remote or rural areas or during promotion and sale periods 
  • You will receive an email once we have dispatched your order, it will contain the tracking number, so you can track your parcel straight to your door.


SISTER BRAND DELIVERIES

  • Sister Brand products may be shipped separately from their corresponding warehouse and no additional shipping charges will be applied to these parcels.
  • You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched. This email will include tracking details relating to your order.

ORDER INFORMATION

 

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

It is your responsibility to ensure the correct delivery address details have been entered at the time of ordering. Noni B is not liable for any costs associated with resending an order due to delivery address details being incorrect. If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 days for Australian deliveries or 20 days for New Zealand deliveries from the date of order or is damaged in transit, please email us customercare@nonib.com.au or call between 9.00am and 5.00pm AEST so that we can assist you.

PARTIAL ORDERS

Orders with multiple items may be split into multiple orders and delivered separately under different tracking numbers. If this occurs, you will receive an email notification advising you of a partial order delivery. No additional shipping charges will be applied to partial orders.




 

PROMOTIONAL PERIODS

During our very popular sale and promotional periods deliveries can take a little longer than usual to dispatch from our warehouse.  Standard delivery times do not apply. If you haven't received your order within 24 working days please contact our customer care team. We will happily check the status of your delivery.



TRACK YOUR ORDER

Once your online order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with delivery tracking link so that you can track and trace your order at any time. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to be activated.

Please note: If you receive your shipment confirmation email over the weekend, your order will not be dispatched until the next business day, after which your tracking will be enabled.
