Christmas Delivery Cut Off

All Aus Metro locations excluding NT can order up to Midday on Monday 16th December 2019 for delivery before Christmas* (also excludes regional areas and New Zealand). The normal shipping time frame will resume from 1st January 2020 for all areas.

Deliveries during Sale and Promotional Periods:

During our very popular sale and promotional periods deliveries can take a little longer than usual to dispatch from our warehouse. Standard delivery times do not apply. If you haven't received your order within 24 working days please contact our customer care team. We will happily check the status of your delivery.

Please note: during busy sale and promotional periods when styles habitually sell out quickly, to avoid disappointment Click & Collect may be temporarily unavailable. Some clearance styles may have a surcharge for Click & Collect.

  • Your parcel will be delivered within 7- 14 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the day you have placed your order.
  • Delivery may take longer in remote or rural areas or during promotion and sale periods.
  • Expected delivery:
  • Key Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, Perth) 7 -14  business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

    Regional areas up to 14 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Your order will be delivered by Australia Post.
New Zealand
  • $15 Flat Fee
  • Free delivery for all orders over $100
  • Your parcel will be delivered within 21 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the day you have placed your order.

Orders are not delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Free shipping is available on orders over AUD $100. Free shipping will be automatically applied to all shopping baskets over AUD $100

Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of time of order however there may be delays during busy periods (including sales).

If you have not received your order within 14 BUSINESS days from dispatch, please contact our Customer Care team on customercare@nonib.com.au or call between 9.00am and 5.00pm AEST so that we can assist you.

Please note: If you receive your shipment confirmation email over the weekend, your order will not be dispatched until the next business day, after which your tracking will be enabled.


DELIVERY PROCESS

You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched. This email will include tracking details relating to your order.

You have the option to have your item delivered with or without a signature of receipt. If an unsuccessful delivery attempt is made by the courier, they will leave a calling card for you.You have the option to sign this giving authorisation for your order to be left unattended in the event that you’re not home at the next delivery attempt.

If you select to have your order delivered without a signature, you will need to provide instructions at checkout of the secure location where your parcel can be left. Risk and title in the goods passes to the recipient upon delivery of the goods to your nominated delivery address.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your online order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with delivery tracking link so that you can track and trace your order at any time. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to be activated.

You can also track the status of your order with Australia Post.

 

PARTIAL ORDERs

Orders with multiple items may be split into multiple orders and delivered separately under different tracking numbers. If this occurs, you will receive an email notification advising you of a partial order delivery. No additional shipping charges will be applied to partial orders.

 

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODs

It is your responsibility to ensure the correct delivery address details have been entered at the time of ordering. Noni B is not liable for any costs associated with resending an order due to delivery address details being incorrect.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 days for Australian deliveries or 21 days for New Zealand deliveries from the date of order or is damaged in transit, please email us customercare@nonib.com.au or call between 9.00am and 5.00pm AEST so that we can assist you.

 

Ezibuy products

Ezibuy products are subject to the same great Shipping and Delivery services as our other Noni B Online items, there are just a few details to note:

  • Ezibuy products will be shipped separately from New Zealand. If you have purchased a mix of Ezibuy and Noni B items, you will receive 2 parcels (at not extra charge of course)
  • Ezibuy orders over $400AUD may incur customs charges and duties charged by the AU Customs Service once the parcel reaches its destination port and must be paid by the recipient directly to the AU Customs Service or its authorized service provider.
  • Your parcel will be delivered within 21 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the day you have placed your order.
  • Delivery may take longer in remote or rural areas or during promotion and sale periods 
  • You will receive an email once we have dispatched your order, it will contain the tracking number, so you can track your parcel straight to your door.
