If the items delivered are faulty, wrongly described or different from the sample shown Noni B will give you a full refund and cover the delivery costs to return the items to Noni B. Simply follow the instructions below.
If you change your mind, do not like the style or have ordered the wrong size you have two options:
The first is to return or exchange the items from any Noni B store in Australia. Simply bring the Tax Invoice (that was enclosed with your purchase) and present to the Noni B store. Click the link to find your closest store: www.nonib.com.au/stores.
The second is to return the items direct to the Noni B webshop using Australia Post or local postal authority. You will need to repackage the items or purchase new packaging and post the items to the address below. Noni B cannot reimburse you for these return delivery shipping and handling charges. Please include your Tax Invoice/Receipt, along with the completed webshop Returns Form which was also enclosed with your purchase.

Please note, as NONI+ is available EXCLUSIVELY ONLINE all NONI+ purchases can ONLY be returned to the Webshop via post (see step 2, above). A full reimbursement of the return postage cost can be issued - please include postage cost receipt with your return parcel for reimbursement.

PLEASE NOTE: We no longer accept returns on sale products. All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned in store or online unless deemed faulty. If you return a sale product via mail, we will send your item back to you.
TRIUMPH FOR NONI B
We accept returns for exchange only on bras (strictly no refunds). They must be of equal value to the product you are exchanging & must be in original, unworn condition with the tags still attached. We do not accept returns on any bottoms or briefs due to hygienic reasons. There is strictly no refunds on Triumph products, so please choose carefully. Please note we do not ship Triumph products overseas.
