I want to thank Mendia & Chatu at Noni B Parkmore (Keysborough. I came in and they made me feel so welcome and helped with alternate choices and combinations of clothes. I really appreciate their time and attention. And we just had some fun with the clothes. This was the first time I have made a purchase at Noni B, but their customer service ethic will ensure I come back! Thanks girls for a great shopping experience.

I was trying to find skirts to suit an elderly lady who does not get out or is able to shop easily. Lynette from your Hornsby Westfield shop was absolutely superb. She understood what I was looking for, made it so easy for me to buy on behalf of my elderly friend and out of 4 skirts I bought 3 in total and she made it a great customer experience to return the one skirt. Its not easy to shop these days when elderly so thanks Lynette your understanding was appreciated.

I would like to draw your attention to Agnes at your Burwood NSW store. She went out of her way to find me a pair of pants that I needed for this w/end. There was a problem with the delivery and she sourced me a pair from Wetherill Park I think and arranged for them to be sent out. Hi I was in the Hurstville store today and I wanted to let management know how well I was looked after by the staff in the store, they went out of their way to find what I wanted, I am an odd size and don't fit all styles so I had to try on quite a few items and I recieved the best service I think I have ever had anywhere, Hurstville isn't my local store but as I have had good service there before I will drive the extra to get there.Thank you so much your staff treated me with respect and dignity and couldn't have treated a VIP any better than the service I received from them.

I  was a customer in some of your stores,and I have found about 2 years ago the perfect store in Frankston Hub. All your staff are wonderful, but one Lady is special her name is Shareen.I hope I spelt this right. She cant do enough for you and she always know what I am looking for. Thanks to her I had no need to  go somewhere else.I would follow her where ever she goes.Thank also for such a great store which can dress you for 24 hrs a day and staff how understand Women and are friendly and nice.
