I was in your Hornsby Westfield store on Saturday 20 Feb looking for an outfit for my neice's wedding in a couple of weeks time. I am one of those people who hate trying clothes on in stores - it's a real battle to convince myself to go shopping! I was served by a lovely lady named Susan...- I was so impressed with Susan's attitude that I asked her surname with the intent on telling Noni B how good this sales assistant is. Susan put together several outfits for me, she and my daughter hunted the entire store looking for outfits. Susan checked on my progress whilst I was trying clothes on (and served other ladies in between assisting me), she offered ideas of accessories and gave me honest opinions (which was appreciated). I then asked Susan to hold 5 items for me for 2 hours while I thought about it. I went back to the shop and chose 3 items and spent $230. I've always been treated nicely in your store, however I feel Susan went beyond "normal" shop assistant duties - she was extremely helpful and nice. This lady deserves a pat on the back for her attitude and assistance, she made the shopping trip a pleasant experience! Thanks Noni B!

Just wanted to say that I received fantastic service in your Parabanks (SA) store on Tuesday afternoon. A lady named Tania was working on her own, dealing with what appeared to be a difficult situation. She seemed to do everything she could to find a solution, meanwhile acknowledging every customer who entered. When I made my purchase I commented I was disappointed that a top I wanted was out of stock. Even though she was busy, she took my details and said she would call if she found one. I would like to say I visited your Forrestfied store today and was given exemplary service by a lady named Rozalia. She watched my baby girl whilst I tried on clothes and I brought 3 extra items due to her suggestions which she quickly retrieved for me. These days retail service is get your own clothes with baby in tow so I appreciated being looked after without the any pushiness involved. I hope she is there next time as I'm going to bring my mum back.

I shop regularly at Noni B fashions and the clothes are always perfect and very suitable for my age group as well as my style. I probably visit the Kotara and Charlestown shops at least twice a week to see what is new and admire the range and the way the ladies coordinate the garments to match the colour schemes to perfection. I must admit that the ladies that are employed in both shops are very courteous, energetic, and helpful as well as having a great sense of style. I often rely on their advice to select something special to wear. For some time I have been going to write to you and praise the two shops, they are streets ahead of their competitors. It seems that your employees are well trained and have been carefully selected.
