What a refreshing experience shopping at Noni B. I have recently shopped at Noni B in Narellan and am very impressed with the old fashioned service offered by Anne and her staff. Nothing appears to be too much trouble, and I am. Even hearing how much effort they are going to from other customers who had not received their vouchers. This sort of service is unexpected these days and is refreshing to see. I will definitely be back here as it is so enjoyable to shop where you feel welcome and are served. It's a busy little store in Narellan, so patience is required too, but the vibe is always positive and friendly, they go the extra mile. I think if the over 50,s are feeling ignored, then get yourself into Noni B.

Hello I would like to inform you of outstanding service given to me by Lyn from the Noni B Store at the Richmond market Place Richmond. This lady went over and beyond the bounds of normal service in helping me with my problem of a Gift Certificate gone astray. Due to Lyn diligence and extra searching we were able to cancel the one that went astray and get another to send to my daughter for her birthday. I do hope you acknowledge this outstanding employee a definite asset for your company.

I am writing to let you know that your Manageress at Warringah Mall, Karin, was absolutely marvelous to my elderly mother (86) this morning. My mother, who lives in Allawah, was visiting for a couple of days and was looking for a new blazer/jacket. She was like a school girl amongst your beautiful clothes, feeling the fabrics; admiring the styles; colours and prices. She entered the dressing room with many assortment of clothing and came out with two jackets and three tops. Karin was so helpful, courteous and kind; especially since mum has lost a lot of confidence. Please let her know how lovely and helpful she was.

My name is Leah and I discovered your stores mid last year. I also work in retail and know that people are quick to complain but slow to compliment so I would like to say how helpful 1 of your staff were. Paula at the Castle Plaza store, Edwardstown, South Australia. I went in the other day to make some purchases and she asked if i had a discount voucher/email. When I replied no she suggested going home and checking and put the item on hold. I returned the next day not having received stated discount material (even though I have been getting previous promotional advice). Paula then rang Head Office to find out what had happened and confirmed that I was eligible for dollars off as well as the % off special. I thought this was great customer service that saved me money and would make me definitely come back. (I would like this customer service....acknowledged).

I just want to commend the staff at my local Noni B store here in Bunbury. I recently took a dress to them that I had bought some time ago. The sequins were coming off. The manager there sent the dress away and had it fixed for me...at no charge. She was most helpful. I have always loved Noni B for service, now, even more so.

I would like to pass on appreciation for the service I receive from staff at your Noni B store in Hornsby NSW, especially from Lisa and Sharon They offer a friendly and professional service to their customers. Several months ago I purchased a shirt that developed a fault. I took it back to your Hornsby store and really wasn't sure what could be done as I couldn't locate the original receipt. Lisa offered to make enquiries on my behalf and was soon in touch to offer me a credit towards another purchase. I really appreciated the fact that there was no question that I may have done something to cause the problem (which had been my unpleasant experience from another store). I visited the Hornsby store today and selected another top and forward to wearing it soon. Prior to Christmas, Sharon assisted me to select a top and accessories as a gift for my mum. My mum loves the shirt and necklace and has already worn it on several occasions. I am very grateful for the expert advice as it is always a bit of a challenge to find something stylish but age appropriate for a lady in her 70's. I would like you to be aware of the great service that Lisa and Sharon provide to customers that shop at your Hornsby store. It is always a pleasure to visit.

I just wanted to let you know what a great job Denise and the girls do at Kardinya WA. They are always pleasant and nothing is too much trouble. In fact when I'm not buying I always go in for a chat.I would also like to comment of your travel range. I have just come back from Turkey and your travel range was all I took for day and evening wear for 14 days. It never creased and was easy to rinse out at night and I travelled with a light cabin size case. Keep up the good work girls and Noni-B for their styles and fabrics.

What wonderful service I received from your staff member Sharon Edwards at the Brimbank Centre store. I fell in love with the little black lace dress by Liz Jordan. When I tried it on it was 1 size too small. Sharon rang 4 other stores trying to get my size with no luck. She was holding one in a larger size for another customer to try. When it didn't fit this customer, she rang me to say she had put it aside for me. Nothing was to difficult for Sharon & her service was just great. Needless to say I ended up with the dress which I wore to a wedding the next day..what a hit it was at the wedding & the photos on my facebook page had over 20 comments..Thank you Sharon & NoniB for such great service and also dress design..

Ann, the manager is delightful, helpful, incredibly patient and a real example of what friendly and professional service is all about. I wanted to send an email to you to tell you I was in your store at St. Clair recently and was served by a lady Kathy. I received such great service, this lady couldn’t do enough for me, I was looking for an outfit to wear to a wedding and Kathy was so helpful that I was determined to buy something from her. Having had my own retail shop for 16 years I appreciate good service and it is a very rare commodity. I always complain about bad service so I thought that I should let you know about good service.

I would like to acknowledge the outstanding professional, friendly and helpful service continually provided to me by Maryana at the Gunghalin store in Canberra, ACT. Although I do not live in Gunghalin, I prefer to travel to this store to shop as I truly appreciate Maryana's genuine approach and her desire to provide the best service possible to all of her customers. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Maryana. From taking the time to check in and provide advice to all customers regardless of how busy the store may be, to her exceptional product knowledge and uncanny ability to accurately suggest which clothes and sizes will be most flattering for each individual body size and shape, Maryana is simply amazing!!! She treats all her customers exceptionally well and strives to ensure they are all happy with their purchases, rather than only being concerned with getting a sale as is the case in a lot of fashipn retailers. I'm sure this approach subsequently results in more sales for the store as I know I (and others) can trust Maryana's eye for detail and knowledge of what will make us not only look, but also feel great!Whilst I appreciate that Noni B no doubt takes customer service very seriously, I can confidently say that Maryana would exceed all expectations of her in her role. She is an outstanding person, role model and Noni B representative and I will continue to follow Maryana to any store she is working in!
