Terms and Conditions


1. The prize is 8 x $500 Gift Voucher to purchase any NONI B
garments or products.

2. Customer can make a purchase at any NONI B store to be
eligible to enter the "Win 1 of 8 NONI B Wardrobe promotion".

3. The prize of 8 x $500 "Win 1 of 8 NONI B Wardrobe promotion"
cannot be used for Lay-By payments or redeemed for cash.

4. "Win 1 of 8 NONI B Wardrobe promotion" cannot be used in
conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

5. The competition starts on Monday 15th February 2010 and
ends on Sunday 7th March 2010 at 5pm EST.

6. All entries will be sent to NONI B Head Office 10 Garling Road
Kings Park NSW 2148.

7. This is where the major draw will take place and eight (8)
winners will be picked 11.30am EST on Monday 22nd March
2010.

8. There will be 1 winner from the states of WA, QLD, ACT, VIC &
TAS & 1 from SA / NT combined, 2 from the state of NSW.

9. The promoter is NONI B Ltd, 10 Garling Road Kings Park, NSW, 2148

10. The winner will be notified by phone, and a letter will also be
sent out on by Tuesday 23rd March 2010. NONI B will advertise
in the Australian nationally on this date.

11. If the prize is unclaimed by Monday 21st June 2010 a re-draw
will occur at NONI B Head Office on Monday 21st June 2010.
